“容疑者は調べに対し、バットマンの宿敵ジョーカーを引き合いに「俺はジョーカーだ」と供述。さらに、自宅アパートに爆発物があるとほのめかしたため、捜査員が急行したところ……” との記述。容疑者のこの発言のソースがまったく不明です。警察長官の会見も行われていますが、そのような発言への言及は確認できません。

“容疑者は調べに対し、「俺はジョーカー（主人公の宿敵の役名）だ」と供述したとの報道もある”との記述（少なくともそのような報道があることは確認ができているので、この記述は《事実》の記述としては問題がないと思われます）。

“動機は明らかにしていないが、容疑者は髪を赤く染めて黒ずくめの服に身を包み、防弾チョッキやヘルメットで体を覆う重装備で現れた。米ＣＮＮによると、現場で上映中だった映画「バットマン」シリーズ「ダークナイト ライジング」の前作に出てくる悪役ジョーカーだと自称している”という記述。ソースはCNNですね。

これも匿名ですね。匿名の警察筋（この場合はFBIだと思いますが）が積極的に述べたのではなく、「聞かれたので話をした」状態で、いわゆる「独自取材」かと思います。
… But CNN’s Susan Candiotti said reports about Holmes connection with the Joker may have just been misinterpreted. Candiotti is now reporting that while Holmes may not have been dressed like the Joker, a federal law enforcement source told her that Holmes had colored his hair red and told police that he “was the Joker.”
