「地元」は（BBCの元報道にある）localのこと？（プリンス・オヴ・ウェールズが天気予報をしたのは、BBCの全国ネットではなく、スコットランドの地方局。あとからBBCの全国版が拾ってニュースにしたのが印刷媒体を含め大ニュースになっている）
